Place orders from your approved vendors through the Bestellfix platform.
Accessing Vendor Catalogs
To start ordering:
- Go to Home (Dashboard)
- View your list of approved vendors
- Click on a vendor to view their product catalog
Ordering Methods
Standard Vendor Ordering
Order from a specific vendor:
- Browse that vendor’s product catalog
- Add products to your shopping basket
- Complete the order for that vendor
My Inventory
Order using your own product catalog:
- Access by selecting “My Inventory” from the vendor selector
- Add your own products
- Use for internal ordering or tracking
Multi-Order
Place orders across multiple vendors at once:
- Select “Multi-order” mode
- Add products from different vendors
- Create separate orders for each vendor in one workflow

Product Browsing
- Search for products by name or number
- Scroll through product list (infinite scroll)
- View product details, prices, and availability
- Add products with quantities
- Adjust quantities in basket
- Remove items

Product Lists
- Create custom lists of frequently ordered products
- Quick access to regular items
- Organize products by category or use case
Order History
- View past orders
- Reorder from previous orders
